Step 1: Schedule Appointment
Give us a call or contact us here online. We are located at 10385 Mount Savage Rd. NW Cumberland, MD, 21502. We offer convenient weekday hours Monday to Friday open from 8 am to 5 pm. Need more time? Ask us about our key drop off service. We hope that we can provide a convenient service for every driver who comes our way. Schedule a 30-45-minute Damage Estimate Review appointment to provide a quality, accurate estimate. At this appointment, depending on the severity of repairs, you may or not have to leave your vehicle with us. If needed, we will start making your rental car reservation. We have In-House rentals available for your convenience.
Step 2: Estimate
We will take photos to document vehicle condition, and perform a previous damage walk around, notating old damage that is not accident-related. We believe in full transparency when working on your car. This is why we offer free estimates before doing any work. How do we do this? We bring in your car for a general inspection, see the damage done, assess the external damage, and make assumptions about the internal damage. We are then able to provide you with a free estimate of services and costs. We don’t do any additional work or charge more without first letting you know of the charges and work that may be needed.
Step 3: Insurance Claims
We will manage any insurance company issues if there are repairs needed that may have been missed. This applies to photos or off-site estimates performed beforehand.
Step 4: Reminder
You will receive a reminder call a few days before your scheduled drop-off date.
Step 5: Updates
We will update you regularly by phone, email, or text to let you know the status of your vehicle, as well as any unforeseen delays that may arise, and the steps we are taking to minimize them. We will also update your insurance company and rental company.
Step 6: Return
We will return your vehicle repaired, washed, vacuumed, and cleaned. When it comes to detailing, we can help better preserve the paint on the exterior, vacuum out the interior carpeting, and clean under the hood to make sure everything is connected and running smoothly.
