Refund/Cancellation Policy

Security deposits, down payments, and insurance deductibles are not refundable. Parts returned for credit must be accompanied by an invoice and are subject to a 30% restocking charge. All warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, TIMBROOK AUTOMOTIVE, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and TIMBROOK AUTOMOTIVE, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale.
